When the payment is credited to us, the package is shipped within two working days. If you return the goods to us, the amount of your order will be refunded to your PayPal account (or your credit card if you are a non-registered PayPal user).
Can I choose the shipper?
The shippers used are unquestionably chosen by inDigo srl based on the destination.
All shipments, in Italy and around the world, are traceable wherever possible. At the time of shipment, the Customer receives the name of the courier, and the tracking number, in order to follow the progress of the shipment. In some cases, the order could be shipped with a non-traceable system. The courier does not deliver to PO boxes, personal mailboxes, or dislocated military bases (APO / FPO).
I would like information on EXTRA EU shipments?
As required by law, all non-EU shipments are accompanied by an invoice, which indicates the value of each item in Euro. Discounted items will show discounted prices. In any case inDigo srl will declare a value different from the real one, or the goods as a gift. Customs fees are charged to the customer.
In any case, for tax reasons, inDigo srl does not ship the goods to an address with a different country than the one registered in the billing address (eg: an order can be sent to Milan even if performed by a customer resident in Rome, but cannot be shipped outside Italy).
How do I behave if the package is tampered with? Can I accept the package "with reserve", or refuse it?
In the event that this condition occurs, the Customer must promptly open a claim with the courier who made the delivery, accepting it with reserve or refusing it and specifying in writing the reason at the time of signing. Subsequently it is advisable to send an e-mail to our customere service that will activate to provide maximum support: email@example.com
What happens if I am absent from the various proofs of delivery and I do not provide support and collaboration to facilitate the delivery of my order?
In the event that the order is not delivered due to lack of cooperation from the Customer (incorrect or absent delivery address, wrong or absent telephone number), as per commercial agreements, the package could be returned to inDigo srl at customer charges, including any costs that inDigo srl incurs for the return of the goods. These costs will be deducted from any refund.

If you are registered on the site and have access credentials, you can log in and enter your reserved area. From the Orders section you can search for your order and check its status.

How can I change an order?
An order can only be changed if it is not already in a shipping status. Any changes must be communicated via email: email@example.com
How can I return an item?
If you are registered on the site and have access credentials, you can log in and enter your reserved area. From the Orders section you can search for your order and select the product for which you wish to make a return request. Once the request is received, ingogo will send you confirmation of receipt. Attention: the return is only possible within 30 days of receipt of the products, after this deadline, it will no longer be possible to return any item.

Change an item
I changed my mind and want to change my item to a different size / color.
The request for the change of item or size must be made by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Remember that all orders with a minimum cost of 100 euros made directly on our official website and delivered in Italy, can use the "FREE ARTICLE CHANGE" service to request the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org
It is not possible to change sizes or replace items with different models. If you wish to replace the product you must activate the return of the first purchase made and execute a new order.

When and how will I receive a refund for the goods I returned?
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at our warehouse and the products will be checked, usually within 2 working days from the date of acceptance of your return. The return shipment will be your responsibility, the cost is € 5 and will be deducted from any final refund.
